White Pointer obviously did not find reference to any Directors or Committee members as I have done,hence his good luck in finding any.

What I was getting at with my post,was that there are so many conflicting reports about CMMC China Metallurgical Mining Corporation.
One of them saying it is listed as a Private Company.

Eiko Shoji Company Ltd also is not involved in mining,but in the clothing industry.

I read one report that said CMMC was part of Sino.
I read another report that said CMMC was taken over by Minmetals with seven other companies.

Chogqing Minmetal and Machinery Import & Export Co:Ltd.
CMMC Board Chairman met with HANWHA delegation 23/07/2010.

CMMC Chairman noted to be Ms Yuan Changyu.
CMMC Deputy Manager noted to be Su Qiang.

On Chongqing Minmetals and Machinery site it is stating that CMMC was founded in 1983,not 1986.

Minmetals will continue to consolidate the domestic nonferrous metals industry.
China Minmetals Corporation (hereinafter referred to Minmetals Group) in the acquisition of including the Changsha Mining and Metallurgical Research Institute,Shandong China Metallurgical Mining Corporation and other seven companies,the merger did not stop the pace.

Do not stop at reading Company announcements,do your own research or take bits of others research and follow it up.
Then you are going to have a better idea of the true picture for your investment.
I know this works because I have been foolish enough in the past to follow company announcements and some research and it has cost me a lot of money.
