I to have emailed and phoned TRF several times over the years and have never got a reply.
I have no issue with their shareholder communication as far as ASX results/presentations/BRR/others is concerned. I think they do a great job keeping the market informed with the companies activities and progress. However on an individual investor basis it definitely could do with some work.
Overall tho i'm 100% happy with management. Over the years they have proven that they have shareholders wallets as a high priority which is a lot more important than them repeatedly saying "expect gold results within a short period" 100s of times over a not so short period as no doubt the delays are not in their control. I'm sure Ian and team would do what ever they could to get the results as quick as they could.
