Net patient adds for the last six week combined with no change in the yearly forecast would indicate to me that the initial take up has washed through the system.
There was large take up in April through October which would have flowed through to relatively large numbers of dropouts August through March. Hence negative net numbers through that period.
Given their continued forecast advice then net numbers would probably need to grow somewhere between 70-90 per month, so total add somewhere near 100 per month which should be achievable given the remaining numbers not yet on the drug.
At the start of next year we could then add Canada patients too.
