It certainly is frustrating to see most biotechs having a good run at present and IMU one of only a few going in reverse. Their must be a more fundamental reason why this happening, hopper (or family) selling doesn’t help matters which indicates to me nothing on the horizon or why sell now, doesn’t wash with me for tax purposes!
lending out shares also sends out the wrong signal. No need for any management to buy shares on market when they have give themselves generous options, but buying would give the right signals. Over at RAC you have an CEO who has 10% of the company’s shares and still buying on market, communicates to shareholders even though they will not be starting in the clinic with their lead asset till the second half of the year but seen the SP double over the last few months.
