The appointment of financial advisers would be part of the main announcements that will come out shortly, as for the conversation I had with Gemma, she could not give me specifics details as not to breech asx rulings in line with ASIC, but the words were “just waiting for the ink to dry” so I’m taking this announcement as proof. Why would I appoint financial advisors if there’s nothing for them to advise on!
There maybe other items that need addressing before main announcements, such as contractual obligations and so on.
This is another small step in the process, some of you call fluff announcements, I see it as a necessary step for governance and accountability to regulations.
