hard to find but after a bit of a hunt I found this : URW has sought and been granted waivers from the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") of ASX SettlementOperating Rules 13.9.4 and 13.9.9 to allow URW to defer, and not to process, conversions between its stapledshare and CDI registers during the period commencing on and including the fourth business day before theDistribution record date (ie. commencing on Thursday May 9, 2024) and ending on and including theDistribution record date (ie. ending on Wednesday May 15, 2024).
