If they weren't going to use it then they should have made that clear becuase I didn't expect a cap raise because they indicated they had access to debt and made commentary that their cash burn would reduce since offloading their retail business. So they will raise $10m plus would get more than that again if the options are in the money and have access to a $12m facility. How much cash do these guys need?
