Yes, 7 years with Integra and now at PolyNovo. A similar level of experience as the new US hires you pointed to. Great academic qualifications too.
I recall that Ed Graubart (now President at PolyNovo US) some years ago insisted that while the pressure was on to expand the sales team it was crucial that all new hires should be quality people. It looks like that approach has delivered and is being maintained.
