Northern Graphite in Canada have come up with an innovative and optimistic answer to solve the graphite supply problem - Graphite Hedging - buy some graphite today to use in the future. Now that would certainly demonstrate serious intent to satisfy the new FEOC rules.
Northern Graphite and their CEO Hugues Jaquemin have serious plans and gigantic dreams constrained only by having no money to finance them, but they are always out there promoting themselves and making sure no one forgets that they are there. The company has a market capital of only CAN$16 mil which seems miniscule compared to the possibilities.
