If it was not for Abbott, through his leadership in opposition and ability to stand up to the Rudd lead govt rubbish, the debt levels would be much higher and Rudd would still be PM.

Turnbull could not do it then, so why would I want to trust him with the leadership now. He burnt his bridges IMO.
The whole Goldman Sachs think never sits well with me either, is that just another road Australia follows the yanks down, i hope not. Respect his business efforts though.

Pyne will end up somewhere near the op too, not that I have any thoughts there, but amusing watching him have fun in the chambers if nothing else

Hockey ????? he is well under 50% in my approval rating these days

So for me its clear cut - Abbott, and when you see Labor Supporters and who they bag the most, its usually who they fear the most as a threat to the current Government.Tony also ripped the spine clean out of one of the most popular PM's of all time.

I think the leadership issues are squarely across the chamber .........
