I had seen news articles on the Strokefinder being put in ambulances in NSW, but it is only in the hunter region. However, this is a government trial happening now, and assuming results like the guy mentioned here continue and positive outcomes occur, isn't it likely the government moves to a wider all-state installation?
I note though Medfield have a research institute right there in the Hunter area. Perhaps some $$ found there way up the food chain. I am sure QLD will be holding off.
Any reason though people can think of this machine not being introduced into ambulances well before the Emvison device gets to the market? Even if it is more superior, it will basically impossible if the devices are widely installed.
