Are you under the belief that an oil refinery produces residential power? That is what you think?

Also, not being aware that Ukraine has been disconnected from Russia's grid for years (see screen shot below) just highlights the accuracy and quality, or lack thereof, of all of your other posts.

Not only don't oil refineries produce domestic power, Ukraine doesn't even take and energy from Russia. Well done "Professor", two major mistakes in a single sentence.
