Howie, to be par with the ETF we are looking at between 15-16 ish minimum which isn't unreasonable imo
AGY needs to catch this momentum though & fast, just waiting for announcements won't do it.
The volumes going through say it all, very little interest to create some excitement.
Watch wait.
