This is good news. Let's hope instos don't play silly buggers with trying to hedge shares etc to get access to the 100M shares at a later date. Really should not be cheaper given the valuations for US firms in this space are at much higher multiples. And one would think they would be offered to the US public and other instos based in the US. Otherwise, why bother listing there.
