There is another dimension to this announcement imo. Note the following remark...

"Valued at approximately $71 million, the EPC forms part of planned and budgeted next stage of growth capitalcosts post first production and funding is contemplated under the recently announced A$550m financing facility."

I believe this is important because it implies that the finance arrangements, that were somehow pending the final signoff by the banks of LTR's project economics under various Lithium Chemical pricing outcomes, have been resolved. I can't say with total confidence until it is formally announced, but the company would not commit to new large capital commitments without certainty of funding imo.
