The way I see this acquisition, it is another brick in the wall. Historically Bahay has been very methodical in building the essential structures of this business. It is not long ago we had our fingers crossed hoping the technology worked. That is behind us now. That was a significant milestone and we are now on the path to commercialising that technology which could be argued is an easier task although a long arduous one. I too take my hat off to Bahay on the Tankweld deal. The structure of the deal is brilliant, we have got an essential vehicle for project delivery without dilution or debt and kicked the payments down the road to come from free cashflow from the acquired entity. Doesn't get much better than that. Market traction will come obviously from future pen on paper announcements and some clear vision of future revenue streams. I am happy to be a patient holder.
