Once the proposed refinery in Kwinana decision is made everything else will follow. Offtake agreements to advance the Broken Hill mine will eventuate in time . The cobalt price at present does not reflect its value in coming years especially ethically processed cobalt that will be required by regulators from 2027 . COB is in a unique position to be a market leader in the industry IMO.
