Tend to agree. I don't think that a reasonable and appropriate explanation of the concerns leading up to this and the CEO resignation should be considered ranting.
In fact, I think if it is not addressed with integrity and transparency the new team will have taken their first misplaced step. Yes of course, we don't want to get into he said she said type detail, but this is a significant event, with apparently some shareholders in the know and the vast majority not in the know. Level the playing field, establish trust.
It's very early days and happy to give them some time to organise themselves but it should be addressed.
