However, on 23rd Nov. last year he sold 3m shares to pay for "Taxation Liabilities' for these shares he earned in merger. (9m+ remaining) On 1st Feb he sold 8m shares to pay for "Taxation Liabilities' for these shares he earned in merger. (1m remaining) And as you say last week sold the remaining 1m, yes you guessed it, to pay for "Taxation Liabilities' for these shares he earned in merger. None left. So all the shares he earned in merger went 100% to pay tax. Must have a bad accountant the way I see it.
Six weeks ago PNR had $44m+ in cash and gold, cash flow positive for the last couple of months, spending less Capital, and now need to raise. Hope it's for major expansion with these high gold prices. Will wait and see.
