Can you show me where this was said by the company? i don't think its true. If you find the answers to the below you may be enlightened!
1) Did the Celsius Board formally ascertain the support for the Transaction from key shareholders and optionholders?
2) What was the result of the above?
I'm enjoing being proven correct when all the baggies here said it was dumb to take the offer.
