Preety simple crew a Fat Cat wanted a nice slice of the Pep11 Inc action and wanted it at a hefty discount and he wanted to by pass the ASX, he kicked a goal and shareholders didn’t, it’s a stock market we are all capitalists involved in the ASX BIG BOYS get priority especially at pivot points, is it corrupt, not really if you belive in capitalism, should the offer be offered to shareholders first and if not taken up Oakley get the slack or equal ….,,Probably but that’s not how venture capital works, and DB has been doing it whole life, he knows what he’s doing fir the big picture of BPH $$$$$$

Bring on Tuesday I suppose so the plebs can get there share of Pep11 gold at market prices mind you !!!!!
