Yes. Look at what they are building in Central & North QLD for a start, they aren't isolated individual solar plants.
The basic concept you seem to be failing to understand is that all these renewable generation plants are being built by commerical companies on a business case basis. i.e to make a profit. For the same reason commercial enterprises are closing down coal fired generation early.
