The SP at the moment is 100% because of their acquistion in Spain. The Sp was climbing strongly through 8c when they made the annoucement - what else could have caused the fall? If they buy something else BEFORE they can show profit, the SP probably wont move (except perhaps down) for the next couple of years. The market HATES this approach, that is very clear. This is not a Facebook or Amazon business model where the market will tolerate multiples of SP while the businesses are still losing money.

I will follow you straight out - why not? Most likely you can buy them back at the far lower price after the announcement.
