whilst the VWAP curating is taking place yes market cap is being driven down to below expercted liquid assets, and seeing that 40m shares for $600K of debt $$ just got converted to 1.5c shares, it seems the Con Note issuers sees the same thing you do
the interesting part being the plan with all the shares being accumulated via the debt conversion
