People thought ICI was undervalued when it was $100m+ MC.
In the last 3 years its value has only gone in one direction. 80-90% value lost.
There doesn't seem to be any reason past, present or future as to how and why the share price will increase. So it's difficult to agree that ICI is undervalued.
