How many dollars will depend on PM price and our timing as we develop assets into that bullish backdrop but looking good atm.

The other thing in such an inflationary backdrop is what's existing equipment worth. See the screenshot below for some larger examples. How GOOD IS THE ONLY MILL.IN THE REGION LOOKING NOW? Our valuation on that alone is going up as its a monetary hedge in an inflationary backdrop and lines up our profitability to the upside.

At RIU this week I ran into some finance
folks and they spoke very highly of Alex and the fact that most financial folks don't jump across to a small cap unless there is massive upside and highlighted time commitment involved. I figured this from the get go but always nice to get confirmation from outside reputable sources.
