Actually, per this morning's Appendix 2A, they would have received $1.816m into the bank this week (165m shares issued at 1.1c). Its a good start to the cap raise process - add in the $150k commitment from management and there is the approx. $2m from the insto part of the raise.
Yes, the balance will be after 31 May, but they have enough funds to get things started.
