This is far worse than Cain/Kirner. This is a crime against the residents of Victoria who will spend generations of money to pay back his half finished projects.

Jeff managed to pay back Cain/Kirners debt reasonably quickly. But no one thinks Andrews debt can ever be repaid.

His replacement is still running a deficit with no plans to restore the budget to surplus.

These guys couldn't manage the b8udget of a local tennis club let alone the State.

We will need a Andrews/Allan State deficit tax on our children and Grandchildre.

Meanwhile in Qld $1000 is being gifted to households via a rebate scheme.
