They already have $8.5 million so would only need a few more, avoiding dilution this year is key. If necessary raise again in 2025 from a hopefully much better position.

I really feel for the long term holders here, how long can it stay undervalued?

I do have a small position, but I won't be trading it again until the 65 can cross above the 200ema and we have broken the large down trend. Just no upward momentum to speak of, bear rallies but the trend is still down so nothing but short term trades offered.

It would be nice to buy here, seems $50 million market cap is very low, but I am more than happy to give up the first 50-100% gains from the lows for the added confirmation of a trend reversal. ~ "those who pick bottoms, get stink fingers"

As the pricing date gets closer there may be signs of buying so I'll be watching closely for that, maybe a sneaky entry before the IPO if the chart starts to recover and there are whispers of a very successful IPO.

It could go two ways IMO, first, list at roughly same price as ASX then trade to fair value over the next 6-12 months, dilutionary, but better for me as the trade setups should be abundant.
Second, if by some miracle they mange to IPO at a much higher valuation i.e. 200-300 million market cap, if that happens I'll sell my small position for a tidy profit and wait for any new buy signals, which may take the chart a while to reset (keeping in mind that 200 million is still very cheap in the long run).
