"Many options granted to Directors have expired worthless" – exercise price is zero!!! For those to expire worthless the share price would have to be... what? The truth is that absolutely none of the director's wealth is tied up in these options. They got the options for free. They can convert them into shares for free. Amount of "skin in the game" for those two... zero.
