One thing to remember here is that we have to raise in order to have some funds left after this years campaign. Don't want to be going cap in hand with only $1m in the bank.

If they raise now, it would likely need to be @ ~20c for $10M, as no takers at 24c. (could even be lower).

So the only real down side to the IPO will be if it is below 20c, or if they went ahead and gave away half the company at that price. If they scale it back then we are about the same as we would have been anyway. (Obviously we would be rightly disappointed as many of us will have been waiting on this IPO to save us, but as we have all found out here, we are not in control).

Now, once the IPO happens, this is primed to run. When the powers that be want it to, the SP can run 5 or 10x in this coming gold bull market, even after 50% dilution.
