I ask you a question you refuse to answer, so instead of answering you ask a question to deflect attention away from answering......then pipe up chirping 'you don't answer questions' in the pretence of making a point even while avoiding the question you were asked.
It's something a five year old would do. It doesn't fool anyone older than five.
