The global data on nuclear power plant construction doesnt agree with your statements. Plus youre also assuming large scale reactors with big concrete towers, its the same reason op's video is redundant.
You are correct that a large scale reactor is not suitable, however small scall, or Small Modular Reactors are exactly what we can use in citys and local shires.
