What is zero is your understanding of incentive stock options. Options have a strike price and that price is not zero, it is related to the price of DRO when the option is granted.
When the price of DRO was moribund many options expired worthless. As has been seen recently the stock price has gyrated between $AUS1.10 and $AUS.80. Given that fact exercise of options when they are in the money is prudent, as it sale of stock to lock in a profit.
Finally you have no skin in the game you do not own DRO. One wonders why you spend so much time criticizing a company you have no interest in and have demonstrated no understanding of.
