Ann: CIB announces $30m order, page-65

I am new to this company due to its value and potentials. However, I do realise there must be a reason for such undervalued situation. Are there any bad ongoing issues ?

I believe all institutional investors have left because LIS and PPK were priced to high at the float and trapped everyone including institutional investors. They would not tolerate that and kept selling down. It would be hard to rebuild the trust. II just saw a post saying class action (something like that). Hopefully it will be settled without significant damage. Moreover, as a high flying company in the past, I worry about the management have had lifestyle spending habits that would force CR with low price and huge dilution. That is the risk at the moment. Hopefully they have multiple success soon to boost SP.
