if CB can continue to grow TLX and buy companies that add value ... then he is issuing shares to one or two founders instead of issuing stock to hungry fund managers in exchange for cash.
that's the really amazingly beautiful thing.
CB doesn't need their cash
whilst some might argue its dilution, its buying (fast) growth in place of building it
(which is happening also on its own).
hence TLX is growing, and therefore funds/instos must come !!!
