I see you finally read the charges against Trump, well done!
People have been telling you this for weeks but you refused to listen.
The Prosecution have provided evidence of the pay off, how it was planned & paid, that it was illegally recorded as legal expenses & that Trump was aware of the payments. The only thing that is in doubt is what the jury believe Trump's motivation was for making the payments. Trump will get convicted it's just whether it's a felony or a misdemeanour. And just being convicted of a misdemeanour may be enough for him to lose the election based on recent polling.
