Successful companies grow through retained earnings recycling and also acquisition growth. You need to do both to be successful in this industry as it is evolving so quickly.
Shareholders will reward this strategy if capital is spent wisely where as if not shareholders will punish stock value.
ultimately it comes down to management. If you believe they are doing a good job and have track records of success then back them.
