I don't think it can get clearer than that - partnerships deals are on the table which is not surprising as industry insiderss can see strategically what is possible with the Adina + Renard combo. Govt will also be onboard WR1 once Renard acquisition is settled with shares in WR1 imho.
Renards shareholders being the Quebec Govt will take the shares in WR1 rather than cash i would think.
So what deals will be announced soon?
