The BOD job description firstly act in the best interest of the share holder firstly i see rush,rush to sell asset however from what i understand the bigger picture does not seem to be to me very clear something seem's a miss sounds as though a lot is up in the air round the put forward big picture bit like fence sitting scratching head's as to what when why?
