That's correct.
SYA Directors converted options at 15c.
That means they PAID 15c to own shares.
They were not given them for free.
When SP is 30c or 40c then given 15c options to convert is considered profitable.
The fact SP has dipped means they are heavily in the RED.
SP this time next year should hit 15c if directors have anything to say...
