ASIC seem to have a lot of details.

If true, there would be a lot of shareholders and companies lining up on Class Action.

18 months is a long time.

At the time, we were getting updates like 40% finished at this stage, and then next month, about 50% completed, etc etc etc.

This looks like a terrible outcome for shareholders, companies and lenders (if proven), who forked out lots of $$$$$$ for the company.

In light of the above, I believe the Corporate Veil will be lifted by the court.
