"My suggestion is listen to it again - particularly the immediately preceeding dialogue (which is what I quoted). SAYONA CANNOT sign an OTA as SELLER."
He (JB) actually says. We can not sign an offtake agreement for the remainder until we know what we have, a steady state of tonnes. or words to that affect.
