the cr is a surprised because the timing is unexpected... with current cash balance and price of gold PNR is just fine without this CR. @wassa it is true the debt is not due yet and doesn't need to be paid. However, if you look back to the last 2 QR the debt has gone up from 60m to 6.4sm .. the extra 4m is accumulated interest. Not sure how much is the interest on the actual debt.. but if it is 4m per quarter then it is a worry.
I initially think PNR will need some extra liquidity if they need expansion ( I don't know how much it is to have extra leaching tank etc to upgrade the mill) but if PNR wants to acquire than it will need to do a CR.
To be honest, when the share price dropped to 8.1 - i had a small buy at 7.8c but the next day it went to 9c i think.. I should've just take the 8.1c, it would be a good trade ..
Still holding just over 620k shares.. Let's see what the share price at after the raising...
