I think the advice to parents would be that treating the most critical cases of aGVHD with Remestemcel is experimental and while it will do no harm it isn't known if it helps and half of patients treated with it will probably still succumb and it's expensive.
The other side of the coin is that investors here are hoping to get rich by selling an expensive treatment that so far hasn't be proven to work and are potentially exploiting vulnerable people for personal financial gain...
