You’ve voted yes to suit your personal agenda and now you’ll vote no to stop the dilution of your tens of millions of shares
The last few cap raises have come up shy of raising enough money, surely we don’t make the same mistake again.
The options provide a longer term pipeline of money so we don’t have to keep cap raising.
Imagine doing all this again in 6 months with an SP of 10cents.
Now that’d be really dumb
