Vote YES to the Options and your future investment will be worth 15% less once the Sophisticated Investors convert their options and sell them for a profit.
If you believe we will be successful then Multiply your shareholdings by 50c and whatever they are worth , deduct 15% for the dilution
Whatever that costs you is what you are voting YES too.
If you have 1,000,000 shares and we hit $1 the dilution will end up costing you $150,000
