To vote no is an own goal , with possible another dollar for dollar grant coming , we will need more cash - where is that coming from ? You will have burnt the option of a Broker - the last 2 Cap raises have been funded by Sophs - shareholders haven’t stumped up much at all.
So where is the money going to come from ?- you?
