there two key resolutions.
vote AGAINST the reelection of Peter Turnbull for the reasons outlined by STAM. This includes historical governance failures (officeholders hiring their mates doesn't pass the pub test), approving a deficient STI scorecard and approving the value destuctive Who Dat acquisition.
vote AGAINST the rem report as the STI scorecard is not aligned with shareholders interests. Refer STAM pack.
