Why would the BOD that just invested so much of their own capital run a cap raise at these levels only to dilute themselves substantially?
With many millions of capital expected across the exercising of these oppies why would the BOD do anything but wait till then before raising?
I expect a seriously strong week of appreciation as word is starting to get out regarding the opportunity here.
